The
fire emergency evacuation procedures are the responsibilities
of Essex College. LCP is responsible as the person in
over-all control. The Essex College is responsible as
the employer or host of the people (Students) within
the building on their behalf.
The Essex College will act as the Fire
Marshal for their premises. During an evacuation
Essex College Fire Marshal will wear a high visibility
vest to make identification easy.
If an evacuation is necessary, the
Essex College’s Fire Marshals will co-ordinate
the evacuation and report about the status of the Essex
College’s staff and visitors and their students.

at the rear of the building to far left hand side corner
